Ingredients

  • 4 Argentine chorizos (or good quality pork sausages)
  • 4 crusty bread rolls or baguette sections
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce
  • Salsa criolla (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat your grill to medium heat.
  2. 2Prick the chorizos a few times with a fork to prevent bursting.
  3. 3Grill chorizos for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. 4Slice bread rolls lengthwise, keeping one edge attached.

  6. 6Slice each chorizo lengthwise (butterfly cut) and place in the bread.
