Ingredients
- 4 Argentine chorizos (or good quality pork sausages)
- 4 crusty bread rolls or baguette sections
- 1 cup chimichurri sauce
- Salsa criolla (optional)
Instructions
- 1Heat your grill to medium heat.
- 2Prick the chorizos a few times with a fork to prevent bursting.
- 3Grill chorizos for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
- 4Slice bread rolls lengthwise, keeping one edge attached.
- 5Optionally toast the bread on the grill for 1 minute.
- 6Slice each chorizo lengthwise (butterfly cut) and place in the bread.
- 7Top generously with chimichurri.
- 8Serve immediately.
